1. Services
Desi Express provides technology-enabled services including Ride, Food and Parcel. Service availability may vary depending on location, partner availability and operational conditions.
2. User Account
Users are responsible for providing accurate information while creating and maintaining their account. Users must keep their account credentials secure and should not share their account access with unauthorized persons.
3. Ride Services
Ride bookings are subject to driver/partner availability. Estimated fares, arrival times and trip information may vary based on applicable service conditions, distance, time and other operational factors.
4. Food Services
Food orders are subject to restaurant/food partner availability. Food preparation and delivery times may vary depending on the restaurant, location, traffic and other operational circumstances.
5. Parcel Services
Users must provide accurate pickup and delivery information. Parcels must comply with applicable laws and Desi Express policies. Prohibited, dangerous or unlawful items must not be submitted for delivery.
6. Payments
Users are required to complete applicable payments through the payment methods made available by Desi Express. The applicable amount will be displayed during the booking/order/payment process.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation charges, wherever applicable, may depend on the type of service, booking status and applicable cancellation policy.
8. Refunds
Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment, subject to payment-gateway and banking timelines.
9. User Responsibilities
Provide correct information
Use the platform lawfully
Not misuse the platform
Not engage in fraudulent activities
Respect drivers, delivery partners, restaurants and other users
10. Service Availability
Desi Express may temporarily suspend or modify services due to maintenance, technical issues, operational circumstances, emergencies or other reasons.
11. Changes to Terms
Desi Express may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
